The victim has also alleged that her husband made her fake Instagram profile and put her personal pictures on her and posted a sex offer with her instead of money. The court, considering it as a ‘serious’, considered it as a cyber crime. The woman also told that the husband did this only to discredit her and mentally torture her.

The woman has not only accused her husband of rape, but has also made allegations of gang rape. The court said that despite such serious allegations, giving relief to the accused will be an agreement with justice.
