Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, shone in an infinity pendant at as she stepped out without her daughter, . Duchess Sophie joined the wider Royal Family at Trooping the Colour, dressed entirely in forest green.

The wife of Prince Edward wore a silk dress featuring three-quarter puff sleeves, paired with an exquisite pillbox hat including her signature G.Collins and Sons Diamond Set Infinity Pendant worth £4,850, as stated on the jewellers' . Trooping the Colour is held annually as an official , even though Charles's actual birthday is on November 14. It dates back centuries and became an annual event in 1760.

It is one of the biggest military ceremonies of the calendar and this year it features more than 1,400 parading soldiers, 300 musicians and over 200 horses.
