Celebrating Modi's Leadership

On Monday, J.P. Nadda, the president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 11-year tenure, asserting that the achievements of his administration should be recorded in 'golden letters.'

During a press conference at the BJP headquarters, Nadda remarked that Modi has transformed the political culture of the nation, initiating a governance model characterized by responsibility and accountability, in stark contrast to the previous Congress-led UPA government, which was notorious for 'corruption, scandals, and appeasement politics.'

Nadda emphasized that the accomplishments of the Modi government over the past 11 years are remarkable and deserve to be celebrated. He noted that Modi has provided a responsive and robust government.

He highlighted several bold decisions made by the Modi administration, including the abrogation of Article 370, the abolition of triple talaq, the Waqf amendment, demonetization, and the women's reservation bill.

Prime Minister Modi took the oath for his third term on June 9, 2024. The Modi government is celebrating the first anniversary of its third term and the overall 11th anniversary on Monday.

In response to criticisms from opposition leader Rahul Gandhi regarding the central government's foreign policy and Operation Sindoor, Nadda stated, 'He is playing the role of an irresponsible opposition; may God grant him wisdom.' He also assured that the NDA government will complete its current term and the next one as well.
