Aishwarya Sharma has been busy focusing on fitness amid her short hiatus from TV shows. The actress is not only a talented dancer but has a knack for fitness, in an exclusive chat, Aishwarya details her regime and how she follows it so diligently. The actress also shares facing the pressure of being relevant and picking the right projects.

Aishwarya's take on focusing on Fitness, "Fitness is honestly non-negotiable for me—not just for how I look, but how I feel mentally and emotionally. Being a trained dancer definitely helps because the movement has always been part of my rhythm, but I won’t lie—discipline doesn’t come magically. Some days I have to push myself really hard because I am lazy as well as I am energetic. I always need motivation to workout , But I’ve learned that when my body feels strong, everything else in life feels more manageable too."

She further shared, "I do believe in honesty, but there’s a way to say things. I’ve learned that being real doesn’t mean being reckless. People often mistake honesty for confrontation and it’s not that. I just don’t believe in playing safe for the sake of pleasing everyone. That said, I’m always learning where to draw the line. And if I am not wrong then why should I be scared of anyone? I’d rather be remembered for being honest than for being neutral."

Aishwarya got candid about how being relevant in current times has become extremely essential, "I’d be lying if I said I don’t feel that pressure. When people believe in you and invest their time and energy into you, it’s natural to feel a sense of responsibility. But I’ve also realised that constantly chasing relevance is exhausting. So now I try to focus on creating meaningful work, even if it means taking a beat. I trust that the people who really connect with me will stay, and that’s enough. And “kuch toh log kahenge logon ka kaam hai kahana”.. we have to move forward that’s it."

Aishwarya also shared her take on the break from TV and picking the right projects, "I go by instinct a lot. I think we all have a kind of inner compass if we’re willing to listen to it. For me, it’s not about climbing a graph. it’s about expanding my range. I want to surprise people but also surprise myself. Right now, I’m drawn to roles that scare me a little. The kind that forces me to grow, emotionally or technically. That’s the kind of work I want to chase next."
