
LPG Price Cylinder: Oil companies have given a shock of inflation to the common man on the first date of March. Oil companies have increased the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder by Rs 6. The new rates have come into effect from 1 March. However, there is news of relief for domestic consumers, as there has been no change in the prices of domestic gas cylinder with 14 kg.

Meanwhile, some relief has been given for Aviation Sector. Oil companies have reduced the price of aviation turbine fuel (ATF), which is expected to make air travel cheaper.
Oil companies have increased the prices of commercial gas cylinder early in March. In Delhi, the price of Commercial Cylinder of 19 kg has now been Rs 1803, Rs 1913 in Kolkata, Rs 1755.50 in Mumbai, and Rs 1965 in Chennai.
However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic gas cylinders (14.2 kg). Giving relief to consumers, oil companies have kept the price of domestic LPG cylinder. Currently, domestic gas cylinder is available in Delhi for Rs 803, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai.

For March 2025, there has been a slight decline in the prices of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF). Its prices were reduced by 0.23 percent in the national capital, reducing the rates by Rs 222 per kiloliter to Rs 95,311.72 per kiloliter. Earlier, the ATF prices increased by 5.6 percent in the February 2025 review.
