Military analysts have suggested Iran's missile arsenal is dwindling as US President Donald Trump signals potential American intervention unless Iran capitulates 'unconditionally'.
Following Israel's initial strike last Thursday (June 12), Iran's counterattacks have waned in effectiveness, with the Israeli Defense Forces systematically targeting radar systems and missile launchers.
Iran has fired around 60 missiles towards Tel Aviv on Monday and Tuesday, a significant decrease from the over 200 rockets launched in multiple assaults on June 13 and 14.
The death toll from Israel's bombardment of its regional adversary has reportedly reached nearly 600, while the Iranian reprisals have resulted in at least 24 Israeli fatalities.
President Trump has demanded an "unconditional surrender" from Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, which political analyst Albert Wolf interprets as including a total cessation of Iran's nuclear ambitions, reports .

Wolf characterises such a demand as a "humiliation" for Iran, stating: "They would have to give up their missile program and end support for the remaining members of the resistance, like Hamas [and] Hezbollah."
He contends that Tehran's nuclear initiative is integral to its "prestige and status in the world" and stripping it away would be tantamount to "humiliation".
Corroborating these observations, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) concurs that the diminished Iranian response can be attributed to Israel's successful airstrikes.
"Iran has used significantly fewer munitions in its response to Israel than originally planned because the IDF destroyed and damaged missile launchers and silos that Iran planned to use to retaliate against Israel," reported The institute.
Before the outbreak of hostilities on their sixth day, Washington and Tel Aviv estimated Iran's missile arsenal at close to 2,000, as mentioned by a think tank.
Israel has justified its pre-emptive strike on Iran as an effort to compromise Tehran's nuclear ambitions, suggesting the programme was nearing "the point of no return," though supporting evidence for this claim remains absent.
Iran, partaking in the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) aimed at curbing the spread of nuclear weaponry and fostering peaceful nuclear technology utilisation, continues to affirm that its nuclear activities serve purely civilian purposes.
Contrarily, Israel, remaining unsigned to the NPT, is widely suspected of possessing nuclear arms, a claim it rebuffs.
On Wednesday (June 18), Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov sounded a warning bell over potential US military meddling in the Middle East, cautioning that it might wreak havoc on regional stability.
