
Sarkari Naukri: There is good news for those seeking government jobs. Ordnance Factory Chanda, Maharashtra has released recruitment for 135 vacant posts of Danger Building Worker (DBW). This recruitment will be on contract. ITI pass can apply for this. Application for Danger Building Worker Recruitment has to be done in offline mode. The last date to submit the form is 2 July 2025.
According to the notification, Danger Building Workers will be recruited in Ordnance Factory on a four-year contract. The basic pay of the selected candidates will be Rs 19900 per month. One special thing is that the application is free.
Educational Qualification
For the post of Danger Building Worker in Ordnance Factory, candidates must have a National Apprenticeship Certificate from an institute recognized by the National Vocational Training Council. Candidates should have done ITI in any one of the trades like Fitter General, Mechanist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
Age limit
The age limit for this is 18 to 40 years. Candidates of reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules.
On what basis will the selection be done
The selection of the candidates will be done based on merit made by combining the marks obtained in ITI, and marks obtained in trade test/practical test. First of all, the cutoff will be decided based on ITI marks and the candidates will be called for a trade test. After passing this, merit will be made by combining both marks. The weightage of ITI marks will be 80 percent and that of trade test marks will be 20 percent.
