First direct train between Bengaluru and Rishikesh: Do you live in Bengaluru or Rishikesh? Think of visiting South India or North India but have canceled plans many times due to lack of direct train, now you will not have to do this. From June 19, Indian Railways is going to start train service between Bengaluru and Rishikesh for the first time.

North India will be connected to the South.

Indian Railways has started this train service to promote tourism. The first service on June 19, Yeshwantpur-Rishikesh Express Special (train number- 06597/06598) will depart from Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru at 7 am. After this, this train will also run from this station on June 26 and July 3. This train will also have AC First Class, AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper, and General Unreserved coaches. The windows of this train have been kept large so that passengers can enjoy the beautiful views outside during the journey. This train will run 3 days a week. On the 21st, 28th of June, and 5th of July, it will leave Rishikesh for Yashwantpur at 5:55 pm.

The train will pass through many big cities.
The route of this train is quite long which is perfect for traveling. This train will reach Rishikesh via Helhanka, Hindupur, Dharmavaram, Kurnool, Nagpur, Bhopal, Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra Cantt, Hazrat Nizamuddin in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut City, Roorkee and Haridwar. Onboarding catering and e-catering options will be available on this train. This train is going to be special for those who are fond of spiritual tourism along with adventure.

The journey to the four Dhams will become easy.
Uttarakhand is called Devbhoomi. Rishikesh itself is a yoga city. Haridwar is also a holy place. Apart from this, there are four Dhams Yamunotri, the origin of the Yamuna River, Gangotri Dham, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, the origin of the Ganga River in Uttarakhand. It is the dream of crores of people to visit here. In such a situation, the Yashwantpur-Rishikesh Express Special Train will fulfill this dream of the devotees. Not only this, there are many hill stations in Uttarakhand like Auli, Mussoorie, Ranikhet, and Nainital, people of South India will also be able to enjoy these places.

If you wish to see the city of Krishna, then get down at Mathura station and if you want to see the historical sites of the capital of India, then travel till Hazrat Nizamuddin station.
