
By Jitendra Jangid- Friends, the time has come for the residents of Rajasthan who were suffering from the scorching heat to breathe a sigh of relief, strong winds and light rain have brought down the temperature, after a long and uncomfortable day on Monday battling heat, humidity and power cuts, people breathed a sigh of relief on Monday evening as the weather became pleasant and rain arrived.
Continuous heat and discomfort throughout the day
On the second day of changing weather conditions, the sky remained overcast throughout the day on Monday.
Despite the cloud cover, there was no relief from the scorching heat and humidity in the city and surrounding areas.
The maximum temperature reached 38 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was around 28 degrees Celsius.
Light winds during the day provided some relief.
Power cuts worsen the situation
Frequent, unannounced power cuts and voltage fluctuations added to the misery, especially in several wards of the city.
Residents were seen relying heavily on fans, coolers and air conditioners in homes and offices to escape the afternoon heat.
Welcome change in the evening
After 6 pm, dark clouds covered the sky and cool winds started blowing, indicating a change in the weather.
This was followed by light drizzle for about an hour, bringing a cool feel to the atmosphere.
