Hao Jiang, the founder of the Meta Loop, told the independent, "Meo has been designed keeping in mind the emotional and interactive needs of users. It can tamper with the user and remain completely loyal." Hao says that Meo flirts only when the user agrees. Also, the user can decide how much Loyal this AI partner is.

Meo is not a physical robot, but a virtual AI girlfriend that can be accessed through a chat app named My Meo. According to reports, Meo is designed as a beautiful and attractive woman – golden hair, big eyes and a friendly personality.
