On hearing the name of Maggi, there is a big smile on the face from children to elders. Whenever we feel like eating something good, first of all we think about Maggi. But now if you ever eat Maggi, you can put a twist in it. This time you can win everyone’s heart by making Maggi Samosa in snack time. Anyway, it is one of the best options during the rainy season. Let us tell you-
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tbsp hot oil
• 1 teaspoon celery
• 1/2 cup water (as required)
• for filling
• Maggi Noodles
• 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
• A chopped onion
• grated ginger
• 1 green chili finely chopped
• 1 tbsp Maggi Masala Powder
• Fresh green coriander chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt as per taste
• 3 cups to fry
• Maggi will first prepare the dough to make samosa. For this, mix flour, salt, celery and oil together.
• Now add some water to it and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
• Your dough should be smooth and soft. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
• Now boil Maggi noodles in water. There is no need to add anything else. Allow the noodles to cool down slightly.
• Now add another bowl boiled maggi, potatoes, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, red chili powder, Maggi masala powder and salt and mix. Stuffing is ready for your samosas.
• If you are making it for children, then you can adjust the spices by not adding green chillies to it.
• Now knead the dough once again till it becomes soft. Now take a little flour and break the dough.
• Take a dough of dough and flatten it by pressing it between your palms. Place it on the baking sheet and give a round shape of about 5-6 inch diameter. Now cut it into two semi-grass shapes.
• Now spread water with a wet finger on the chopped edge. To seal the folded edges, press it thoroughly from both sides.
• Add 2-3 tablespoons of stuffing in the prepared cone.
• Keep in mind that do not fill the stuffing too much, otherwise it will not freeze well.
• Wet the edges with a wet finger and press them firmly with your thumb and index finger to seal them.
• Now you can make all the remaining samosas in this way. Now heat oil in a pan.
• When the oil is hot, add prepared samosas to it and fry it well.
• Your Maggi Noodle Samosa is ready. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.
