3. Cola Drink

4. Pastry and Baking Dish
During menstruation, women love eating sweet food. Especially pastry and baked things. But a dietist has said that such foods should not be eaten. They also say that such foods slow down digestion and they have high trans fat content.
5. Spicy and fried foods
Women should also avoid spicy and fried foods during menstruation. Consuming these foods can cause intestinal irritation and increase even more.
