Rich in taste of mango, cucumber, pomegranate and carrots, this spicy mango salad is a great side dish, which you can serve with the main course or enjoy it in the evening salad or morning breakfast.
How to make spicy mango salad
The recipe for making a salad of spicy mango at home is as follows:
Step 1: Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly under the flowing water.
Step 2: Take a bowl and cut all the fruits and vegetables including mangoes, carrots and cucumber into small pieces. Keep them in the same size.
Step 3: Now take a pan and fry the peanuts lightly in it.
Step 4: Grind the peanuts and make a coarse mixture.
Step 5: Mix all the chopped ingredients with thick peanuts and pomegranate.
Step 6: Now put all the ingredients of the dressing in another small bowl and mix well.
Step 7: Finally pour the dressing into the salad, mix them well and add roasted peanuts on top.

Ingredients: 1 cooked mango
1 raw mango
½ cup cucumber
Chhota
½ cup pomegranate grains
4 cups coriander
4 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1 big lemon juice
Salt and pepper
4 teaspoons dry mint powder
