The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert of very heavy rain in isolated parts of Bharuch, Surat, Dang, Navsari, Valsad, Tapi, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli as well as Amreli and Bhavnagar districts on June 16. At the same time, a yellow warning of heavy rain has been issued in isolated parts of Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Anand, Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur and Narmada, Rajkot, Junagadh, Morbi, Gir Somnath, Botad and Diu districts.
