The Kolkata -based club announced on Thursday that three foreign players Yuste, Richard Celis and Rafael Messi Bouley are leaving the club before the upcoming season. The exit of these players means that there is going to be a lot of change in this club. In the East Bengal FC, these players have expressed their gratitude to them.
The Football Club in its official statement thanked the players’ contribution and also greeted them for their future. He said, I thank the club Hector Fall, Richard Cellis and Rafael Messi Bouli’s services, we wish for their future efforts. The three players who have left together have been talented.
Rafael Messi Bouli is a good forward, who became part of East Bengal in January on free transfer from the Chinese League One Club Shijiajhuang Gongfu. Rafael Messi scored 8 matches and three goals for the club. Also provided an assist. He showed the ability to score goals.
The second player, Venezuela’s Forward Richard Cellis joined East Bengal in January. However, he could not perform effectively as Bouli for this club. He scored no goal nor offered any assist in his 9 matches.
The third player is the Yust, who is a defensive midfielder, before the last season, the arch-rivals Mohun Bagan joined the Super Giant. He played 25 matches in the competition and recorded two assist. He contributed to midfield.
