

Aamir Khan’s much awaited film ‘Stars Zameen Par’ is scheduled to release in theaters on June 20, but before that the film is stuck in trouble without the approval of the Censor Board (CBFC). Actually, Aamir Khan and the censor board are not able to agree with the two scenes of the film.
Censor board asked for two cuts, Aamir refused
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, CBFC has suggested to put two cuts in the film, but Aamir Khan believes that these scenes are very important for the film’s story and they should be passed without cutting the film. Aamir and the film’s director R.S. Prasanna believes that when these scenes are seen in the context, his feeling seems clear and appropriate.
What scenes are in controversy, not yet disclosed
No official information has been revealed about which two scenes of the film have been objected to. But it has been cleared from Aamir that he does not want to make any changes in the film. For this reason, the certification of the film is stuck.
Aamir’s meeting with censor board on 16 June
According to sources, Aamir is scheduled to meet the CBFC Examining Committee on 16 June. In this meeting, they will keep their point in detail and it is expected that a solution can be found. If the board passes the film, then advance booking will be started.
Film passed in UK, with 12A certificate
Interestingly, the film has already been passed by the British Censor Board. There it has received a 12A certificate, that is, children under the age of 12 can watch this film under the supervision of parents. The film’s total runtime is 2 hours 35 minutes.
