

The team journalist Liïc tan reports that Rayan Cherki (21) has signed his contract ahead of the officialisation of his move to Manchester City from formative club Olympique Lyonnais.

His move to Manchester, away from Lyon, where he has spent the entirety of his career, comes ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup. With the deal set to be completed before Tuesday’s deadline, he is expected to take part in that competition, meaning that he will soon fly over to the US with his new teammates.
