Material (Butterscotch mousse recipe)
- Milk – 2 cups
- Conduced Milk – 1/2 cup
- Butterscotch Essence – 1/2 tsp
- Cream (Fresh or Homemade Whipped Cream) – 1 cup
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Cornfallor – 1 tablespoon (to bring thickness)
- Butterscotch crunch (get ready) – 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
- Butter – 1 tablespoon

Method (Butterscotch mousse recipe)
1. Add milk and cornflour to a pan and mix well so that lumps are not made. Cook it on low heat. Then add condensed milk, sugar and butter to it.
2. When the mixture becomes slightly thick, turn off the gas and let it cool. Now add butterscotch essence and mix well.
3. On the other hand, beat the cream lightly (if there is a whipped cream, you can mix directly). Now add cream slowly to the cold mixture.
4. Put the prepared mousse in a serving glass or bowl. Decorate from above with butterscotch crunch. Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours and serve cold.
5. If you want, you can also add butterscotch syrup from above. This mousse can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
