Rice

Arhar dal

Oil

Ghee

Rye

Cumin

Asafoetida

red chilli

Curry leaf

black pepper

Garlic

Green chilly

Onion

Tomato

chilli powder

Coriander powder

Turmeric

Sambar masala

Recipe
 

First of all, put arhar dal and rice in water in a vessel to soak it. Now keep the tamarind in a bowl to get wet in water.

After this, add oil and ghee in a cooker. Now we add cumin, mustard, red chili, curry leaves, black pepper, garlic and green chillies and fry it well.

After this, add thick chopped onion and tomatoes to it. Now add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, sambar masala and salt and mix well.

After roasting the spices, now add soaked rice and lentils. Now add three times the rice that has added and apply the lid of the cooker.

Now filter the wet tamarind and separate its water and put it in the rasam rice. Rasam Rice is ready.

Now garnish it with coriander leaves. After this, add ghee to it and serve it.
