The Malone family were devastated as they announced a beloved member of their household has died. The fan-favourite family, made up of mum Julie, dad Tom, and sons Tom Jr, and Shaun, have been a staple on since 2014.
In a heartbreaking new update, the family revealed one of their dogs, Bob, had passed away. Alongside a gallery of snaps of Bobby through the years, a devastated Julie penned: "Today we sad goodbye to our beautiful protective Bobby, he spent his last day doing what he loved , watching over the grandchildren playing in the garden. We are heartbroken. RIP our beautiful Big Bob."
Tom Jr, who bid farewell to the programme in 2021, said: "Good boy Bob... Rest easy big man."
Shaun added his own tribute to their pet pooch, writing: "Today is the day we had to say goodbye to big bob, absolute great dog like a big cuddly bear."

The family were inundated with messages from their co-stars and followers, who sent their condolences following the devastating loss.
"So sorry to hear about Bobby. Run free over the rainbow bridge," Gogglebox star Ellie Warner commented as her sister Izzy posted: "Sending you all lots of love."
Another fan shared: "I'm so sorry. It never gets easier. It's so hard losing all the most beautiful little souls. They are children. You'll meet again at the rainbow bridge."
A fourth echoed: "So sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. Sending lots of love and hugs." This isn't the first time the family have endured this kind of heartbreak as they were forced to bid farewell to Dave, a rottweiler who regularly joined them on their living room sofa, in 2023.

Back in February, T after posting a an image of himself clad in a gown and with his arm in a sling in hospital.
The image featured the Channel 4 star propped up in bed, nursing what seemed to be a shoulder injury covered by a large bandage, while he glanced at the affected area.
Despite the mystery surrounding his condition, Tom maintained his humour, captioning the post: "Woke up with a nappy as a dressing, was caught off guard when the nurse said she had to change my nappy! Grateful to our NHS, top notch care Thank you, home now!".
