New Delhi. India is going to write a new chapter in space. On June 10, India’s astronaut and Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla in the Air Force will leave for the International Space Station (ISS) from Cape Canawral, USA. Shubhanshu Shukla will reach the ISS on 11 June, creating history. It is part of the X-4 mission. Which shows the cooperation of India and America in the field of space. Subhanshu Shukla is to go into space from the dragon capsule of Allen Musk’s company SpaceX, through which Sunita Williams returned to Earth. The space travel has become easier and inexpensive with the dragon capsules. Earlier, Shubhanshu Shukla was to fly to ISS on 8 June, but this date has been changed to 10 June. Shubhanshu has been given special training for this visit by SpaceX and Axiom Space.

The X-4 mission will be the 53rd mission of SpaceX, using the dragon capsules. After reaching the ISS, Shubhanshu Shukla will do a total of 12 experiments. 7 of these experiments have been prepared by Indian educational institutions. These 7 experiments are associated with the effect of plants and the effect of subtle gravity on humans. Other biological experiments will also be done by Shubhanshu Shukla. Apart from this, he will do 5 more experiments to humans for NASA along with other astronauts. Shubhanshu Shukla’s mission is very important in India’s space program. India itself is going to send astronauts under the Gaganyaan Mission. In such a situation, Shubhanshu Shukla’s ISS Mission is going to be very useful in preparation for Gaganyaan.

There has been a lot of controversy between US President Donald Trump and SpaceX owner Alan Musk on Thursday. Earlier it seemed that it would not have an impact on Shubhanshu’s mission, but NASA and Axiom have said that it will not have any effect on the mission and on time, the dragon capsules will fly to ISS with Shubhanshu Shukla and other astronauts. India has selected 4 Gaganyaan passengers to send it into space. Apart from Shubhanshu Shukla, Captain Prashant Nair is also among them. India has spent around Rs 550 crore on the Gaganyaan Mission so far. Along with the launch of this amount, the training of Gaganyaan astronauts is also included. Apart from ISRO, Gaganyaan passengers have also been trained in Russia. ISRO has fixed 2026 to send Gaganyaan. Earlier, an astronaut mannequin is to be tried by sending an effigy in Gaganyaan.
