Classic Masala Poha Recipe (World Poha Day)
Material
- Poha (medium thick) – 2 cups
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Finely chopped green chillies – 1–2
- Peanut – 2 tablespoons
- Mustard grains – 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaf – 6–7 leaves
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Lemon – 1
- Green coriander – for decoration
- Oil – 2 tablespoons

Method
- First of all, wash the pohe with water 1-2 times and filter it and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.
- Add peanuts and fry till it becomes light golden, then add onion and green chillies and cook till it becomes light pink.
- Now add turmeric and salt, then add poha and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Finally, add lemon juice and green coriander and serve.
The hot, delicious poha is ready!
