The Delhi Police Special Cell carried out a major operation by exposing the Interstate Fake Currency Network (FICN). The arrested accused 22 -year -old Naushad Alam hails from Bihar, who was arrested from a secret hideout in Delhi. The police have recovered high-quality fake notes worth Rs 4 lakh of Rs 500-500 from his possession. These notes look so real that it is almost impossible to identify at first glance. Along with the notes, that mobile phone and SIM card have also been seized from the accused, which was being used in fake currency transactions.

Network spreads from Bihar to Delhi
According to police sources, Naushad is part of a big racket, which printed fake notes in Bihar and supplies them to other states including Delhi. During interrogation, the accused has made several shocking revelations, on the basis of which action is being taken to demolish this entire network. The Special Cell of Delhi Police is preparing to reach other members of this gang soon.

At the same time, Delhi Police has also arrested two people smuggling hemp under the guise of watermelon. The Anti Narcotics Task Force (AntF) of the Crime Branch of Delhi Police has seized 348.176 kg of hemp from a truck laden with watermelon under the drug -free India campaign, which is said to be around Rs 1.75 crore in the market.
According to the news agency report, the police said that the arrested accused have been identified as Intezar Malik (31) and Rizwan (32). Of these, Intezar Malik is said to be the mastermind of this smuggling racket.
He has also been arrested earlier under the NDPS Act in Andhra Pradesh. At the same time, Rizwan is a truck driver who used to work on the basis of commission and he is already warrant in a similar case. Both are residents of Loni, Ghaziabad.
