Delhi CM house: What will be the official residence of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. Will she also live in Sheeshamham? For a long time, this question was flashed in the minds of people, which has now been answered. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will stay on Rajnivas Marg of Civil Lines. The Chief Minister’s residence will be made by mixing bungalow number 1/8 and 2/8. It will also have their camp office. Mohan Singh Bisht, Deputy Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly, will be his neighbors. PWD has also started repairing it.

How many rooms are there in this bungalow

Government housing has been allotted to the Chief Minister after 100 days of taking over. She is currently living in her private residence in Shalimar Bagh. Officials say that this housing is according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Rekha Gupta has been given the security of Z level. This bungalow has four bed rooms, a large living room and drawing form, staff quarters and lawn available. PWD has started repair work in the Chief Minister’s residence. It will be completed in about two months.

Where lived Arvind Kejriwal

The Chief Minister has no official residence in Delhi. For this reason, every Chief Minister of Delhi has been in different houses. Former CM Arvind Kejriwal lived on the 6-flag staff road located in Civil Lines. The BJP used to call this residence as Sheeshamahal. It was only after becoming the Chief Minister that Rekha Gupta made it clear that she would not stay in the government residence on 6-Flag Road.

Every CM stayed in different government houses

Sheila Dixit (1998 to 2004), who was the Chief Minister of Delhi for 15 years, had moved to the AB-17 Mathura residence near the Supreme Court and later Moti Lal Nehru Marg. The former two Chief Ministers of Delhi Madan Lal Khurana and Brahma Prakash lived in the bungalow on 33 Shamnath Marg, but both the Chief Ministers had to step down in the middle. No Chief Minister has been there since. Sahib Singh Verma became the Chief Minister of Delhi after Khurana. He lived in 6 Shamnath Marg.
